Dormitory
Fukushima Japanese School provides school dormitories for international students.
Applicants have to pay a 70,000 yen tenant fee and 150,000 yen covering the first six months, for a total of 220,000 yen when paying the tuition fee, when notified about their status of residence having been approved.
- Note 1) The rental fee of 70,000 yen is not returned upon leaving.
- Note 2) Monthly dormitory fee is between 10,000 yen and 25,000 yen.。
- Note 3) The dormitory is equipped with a refrigerator, a washing machine, a gas stove, and a Wi-Fi.
- Note 4) When moving in, you have to stay there for at least 6 months.
- Note 5) Utility charges for waterworks will be paid separately to the contracting company every month.
- Note 6) Because rooms are assigned in order of arrival, students cannot choose.
- Note 7) In order to move in, you have to sign the "dormitory entry application (dormitory administration regulation)" form when coming to Japan.
